Hello, I’m Macarena — Multicultural Creative Management, founder of Spanelsky.com, and multicultural mother of 2 small kids and wife of a Czech man, I was born in Chile and have been living in Pardubice since 2015, raising my children between languages, cultures, and the silent challenges that many migrant mothers face.
From that lived experience comes Multikulturní Maminka: a community-driven initiative designed to create a space for support, learning, and connection for foreign mothers and fathers in the Czech Republic.
Multikulturní Maminka is part of the ecosystem of Spanelsky.com, platform to promote Hispanic art, language, and culture in the Czech Republic — now also nurturing this emotional and multicultural network of migrant mothers and fathers too.

Our goal is clear:
Multikulturní Maminka aims to build a supportive, visible and collaborative community for people raising children in multicultural environments in the Czech Republic.We want to offer a safe space to share experiences, resources and ideas about parenting, education, language and cultural identity. Our goal is to connect families from diverse backgrounds, strengthen care networks, and promote everyday inclusion.We believe that diversity is a strength, and that raising children in more than one language or culture is a unique opportunity to develop empathy, creativity, and an open-minded view of the world.
What is a Multikulturni Maminka?:
Multikulturní Maminka is a symbolic name for anyone raising, supporting or caring for children in a multicultural environment.
It can be a mother, a father, a grandparent or any caregiver navigating daily life between different languages, traditions and cultural realities. Sometimes multiple languages are spoken at home, traditions are blended, or unique challenges arise—like adapting to a new culture, exploring identity or facing stereotypes.
This community was created to share experiences, support one another and celebrate the richness that cultural diversity brings to parenting.

What do we do in our gatherings?
¨We believe that art is the universal multicultural language—a way to express ourselves, connect, and understand one another beyond words¨.
Each gathering blends free play for children, creative activities, and a conversation circle where language, origin, and differences become bridges—not barriers.

How much does it cost?
Everyone is welcome!
You can support this project in two ways:
🤝 Voluntary cooperation on site (helping during the sessions)
💳 Financial contribution for ongoing support:
• Single session: 250 CZK
• 5-session plan: 900 CZK (save 350 CZK)
Those who choose the 5-session plan are offering full financial support.
Those who contribute on site help by being part of the experience and community care.
Your involvement—whether through time, presence or money—keeps this multicultural space alive and growing.
